About the Author

Lucy Malka was born in New York City, where she currently works as a Literacy Staff Developer in the Bronx. This is Lucy’s second book for beginning readers, and she was inspired to write this story after watching her grandson in the bathtub. Lucy lives in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, with her husband.

About the Illustrator

René King Moreno was born in North Carolina and received a degree in fine arts from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is the illustrator of Fiesta (Greenwillow Books) and lives in La Mesa, California, with her husband. Visit her online at renekingmoreno.com.
