Most states offer grants under the Library Services and Technology Act, some of which have been used to support programs for homeschoolers in public libraries. Check your state library for grant information. |

New York State Family Literacy Grants
Gives grants for public libraries to help children learn to use the library as part of their education and helps parents involved in their children's education Florida Community Libraries in Caring: Assists small, rural public libraries to improve their collections and target family literacy. |

West Virginia Home Educators Association Regional Outreach and Development Grants
Provides funding for homeschooling groups for everyday expenses or for special events, programs, activities, or classes. ED Anywhere Financial Help for Homeschooling Support Groups Provides funds for homeschool groups who have students enrolled in ED Anywhere's programs |

The Home School Foundation offers grants for families:
Children of Single Parents Fund, Provides assistance to homeschooling Christian single parents. Widows Fund Provides assistant to Christian homeschooling families who have lost a parent. Special Needs Children's Fund Provides assistance for special therapies, equipment, testing, and specialized materials to Christian homeschooling families with Special Needs children, including those affected by learning disabilities or hearing or visual impairments. |
