…With luscious and bright oil full spread paintings, the story comes to life in a magnificent way. In my opinion, the most striking part of the story is when Henry picks up the book from the trash “hugging the book like hugging hope”… What an excellent description of that the power of reading can do! Definitely a story that must be part of every children’s collection.
