Bird
Review
By Write On
I don’t know if a book can be graceful, but that is the word I would use to describe this book. The rhythm of the words are quiet and lovely although the emotion of the book is strong and profound. . . . Bird is just one of those books that gives me chills and makes me want to weep. I love books that give me a physical reaction. Ms. Elliott won the Lee & Low Books New Voices Award for her work. I am already excited to see what she creates next. — Write On
