Reading is Fundamental panel with Loretta Lopez

Author and illustrator Loretta Lopez will participate in a panel discussion at 10 a.m. on February 8th at the Library of Congress. This Reading is Fundamental event will feature Loretta Lopez and two other authors from the Multi Collection for an hour discussion. The discussion will take place in the Young Readers Center, Center for the Book.
