Sandra Samatte

Sandra Samatte, Anishinaabe, member of Ne-biimiskonaan (Skownan) First Nation, Treaty 2 Territory. Sandra has a Bachelor of Education degree. She is an Author and is currently the CEO of Indigenous Education Press (IEP). Her passion for Indigenous Education has been focused on creating Indigenous books and resources that are respectful, are culturally appropriate, and hold cultural integrity for educators, children, and young people.

​Rayhan Bhuyan, originally from Bangladesh and currently living in Canada, is a graphic designer creating children's books through traditional and digital illustrations. Rayhan is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Indigenous organizations developing educational products using interactive media and storybooks to further spread awareness of Indigenous stories, storytelling, and teachings.
