Min Hong
Min Hong was born in Seoul, Korea, and moved with her family to the United States when she was seven years old. As a child, it was her job to cook rice every night for dinner. Min has been an elementary school teacher and is now a Staff Developer in a New York City school. This is her second book for beginning readers. She lives in Hartsdale, New York, with her husband.
