The pictures are beautiful and the information is written perfectly for a school-aged child to understand. I think the teaching cultural diversity at a young age is very important for ridding prejudices in our society, and I feel the more children learn about other cultures, the better they understand and accept others.

Only the Mountains Do Not Move would make an excellent gift to school-aged children and would also make a great gift to a public or school library or classroom.
