The Can Man
Review
By I'm Not the Nanny
Homelessness is a tough issue to discuss with young children, and I think this book does a great job of illustrating it. It can be a great conversation starter for your family’s discussion. The story is very realistic without being harsh. I also liked that Tim is biracial (from the illustrations) but there was no mention of it. —I’m Not the Nanny
